We want you to love your CharmsStar piece. If something isn’t right with your order, please contact our support team — we’ll be happy to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and kept as close to its original condition as possible.

To start a return, please contact our support team at hello@charmsstar.com with your order number. We’ll send you the next steps.

We usually reply within 1–2 business days.

Return Shipping

For regular returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll take care of it.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve it quickly, please include your order number and a clear photo of the item.

Once confirmed, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take a few days to process it.

Non-Returnable Items

Used items, custom or personalized items, final sale items, gift cards, and items damaged after delivery cannot be returned.
