Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
During busy periods, holidays, or new product launches, processing may take a little longer. If there is any major delay, we’ll let you know.
Shipping Time
Orders to the United States usually arrive in about 14–21 business days after shipment.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs checks, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Method
We currently ship most U.S. orders with a trackable international shipping service such as ePacket.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking Your Order
After your order is shipped, tracking updates may take a few days to appear.
If your tracking has not updated for several days, don’t worry — international packages may take time to move between carriers.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
CharmsStar is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination country.
These charges are set by local customs authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order seems delayed, please contact our support team and we’ll help you check the status.
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we’ll work with you to find a fair solution.
